It’s a discussion I have every day with partners and marketers in professional service firms across Australia. However the answers I hear sometimes surprise me.

Many don’t know how many leads their firm currently receives or what the conversion rate is. Some say to me they are too busy to deal with any new clients, really? Our new client acquisition philosophy is not about more work but about replacing your worst client with a far better one.
